Miss Indiana and The Queen Team

The Queen Team, a group of Indiana pageant title-holders that raise money for the NationalKidney Foundation of Indiana and walk in the annual Kidney Walk, was founded by Joy and her sister in 2007. This year to raise money, they held a fashion show and silent auction on May 24^th in Indianapolis and it was a huge success. The Indianapolis Colts even donated a signed football!

Miss Indiana National US 2009 at the Championship Auto Racing Auxiliary (CARA) Fashion Show

May 22, 2008, Joy Araujo, Miss Indiana was a distinguished guest at CARA (Championship Auto Racing Auxiliary) Fashion Show, an event that brings together notable race car drivers and other Hoosiers to benefit Riley Hospital for Children, the Cody Unser First Step Foundation, and “Buckle Up Baby”.
